1. The agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the AG Member website and related services: browsing nightlife and hospitality events, booking free guest-list or paid tickets, purchasing memberships, and redeeming member perks. By creating an account, placing an order, or general use of the website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

The service is provided by Alliance DT, S.L., registered in Spain at Carrer De Calàbria 37, 5-2, 08015 Barcelona, tax ID B66396268, contact hello@ag-member.com.

We operate in Spain and comply with applicable Spanish and EU law, including consumer rules (including the Spanish Consumer and User Defence law, TRLGDCU), the LSSI-CE, and the GDPR for personal data. If a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, that right still applies.

2. Who can use AG Member

You must be at least 18 years old. Many partner nightclubs and venues set a higher door age or a dress code. Booking on AG Member does not override the venue's door policy, ID checks, or capacity limits.

You need an account to book tickets (free or paid), buy memberships, or redeem perks. Browsing upcoming events is available without signing in. Certain tickets or products may be available only to signed in users, or specific signed in users.

3. What we sell

• Event tickets: the website offers free tickets (typically guest list) and paid tickets. Booking either kind is a reservation on the platform, not an automatic right to enter the venue.
• Memberships: time-limited or ongoing member products with described benefits (for example guest-list access or perks at partner venues). Exact benefits are those shown at purchase.
• Perks and hospitality extras: benefits such as a complimentary item or experience at a partner, subject to the partner's availability and house rules.

AG Member is a booking platform. The event itself is usually hosted by the venue or organiser. Line-ups, opening hours, and door rules can change; we display information provided to us and are not the nightclub operator.

4. Bookings, guest lists, and the door

AG Member lists both free and paid event tickets. Booking a free ticket or paying for a ticket does not automatically guarantee entrance. You still have to meet the venue's conditions on the night, including dress code, minimum age, entry time or guest-list cut-off, valid photo ID matching the name on the booking, capacity, and any other house rule the venue applies (for example behaviour or intoxication).

The venue has the final say on whether you are admitted. If the door refuses you for any of those reasons, the booking - free or paid - does not override that decision. See the Refund Policy for when money is returned (door refusal is generally not refundable).

• Tickets and guest-list spots are typically issued in your name. Bring valid photo ID that matches the booking.
• Free guest list may still be subject to cut-off times, guest limits, and the venue's right to close the list.
• You must not resell tickets or memberships unless we expressly allow it. Scalping or transferring a named guest-list spot to someone else may void the booking.

5. Prices, service fees, and payment

Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. Paid products may include a service fee on top of the product price. The checkout total is the amount you authorise. Payments are processed by Stripe or another provider we name at checkout. We do not store full card details.

Service fees exist to cover platform and processing costs. They are treated as described in the Refund Policy (they are not refunded if we reverse a product charge). See our Refund Policy for more information.

6. Withdrawal and dated nights

EU and Spanish consumer law give a 14-day withdrawal right for many online purchases. That right generally does not apply to leisure services to be provided on a specific date or in a specific period (typical nightclub tickets and event bookings). Memberships and other products may also be excluded where the law allows, as set out in the Refund Policy. You should assume purchases are final except in the limited cases we describe there (for example a cancelled event).

7. Conduct

You agree not to abuse guest lists, create fake accounts, scrape the site, interfere with other people's bookings, or use AG Member for anything illegal. We may suspend an account if we reasonably believe it is used for fraud, resale, or to harm venues or other guests.

8. Availability

Event pages, ticket types, and memberships can sell out or be withdrawn. We try to keep information accurate but do not warrant that every listing is error-free. If we cancel a product we sold in error, we will follow the Refund Policy.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that Spanish or EU law does not allow us to limit (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Beyond that, AG Member is not responsible for the venue's service on the night (security, drinks, sound, or how the party is run), for items lost at the club, or for travel you book to attend. Our responsibility for the platform itself is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, except where the law says otherwise.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Venues receive the details they need for the door.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence in the EU. Courts: Courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory law gives you a different forum.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If you keep using AG Member after a change, the new terms apply to later use and orders, except where the law requires us to obtain a fresh agreement.
