• What is AG Member?+

  AG Member is the membership platform by AG Hospitality. It gives you priority access to our signature nights, Mondays at Opium Barcelona and Wednesdays at Sutton Barcelona, plus special weekends, curated city perks and exclusive experiences across Europe.
• What memberships are available?+

  There are two memberships available. See our memberships on the Memberships page.
• What's the difference between Platinum and Black?+

  Platinum gets you in faster and better. Black also gets you into the VIP area and into experiences most people never see, like artist Meet & Greets, private member gatherings and exclusive events.
• Is it a one-time payment or a subscription?+

  It's a one-time payment. There are no monthly fees and no automatic renewals.
• How long is my membership valid?+

  Your membership is valid for the Spring 2027 semester.
• Who can become a member?+

  Anyone aged 18 or over can become a member. Some partner venues set a higher door age and their own dress code.
• How do I join?+

  Create an account on ag-member.com, choose your card and complete the payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Fourvenues and are fully encrypted.
• How do I use my membership at the club?+

  To access your member benefits, you must show both your AG Member wristband and your digital membership card at the door, together with a valid photo ID. The wristband is mandatory, and member benefits can't be applied without it.

  • Wristband: Mandatory
  • Digital card: Available on the app (coming soon for iPhone iOS)
  • Photo ID: Valid and matching
• Where and when do I pick up my wristband?+

  We'll hold several official wristband pick-up days at a location we'll announce very soon, so keep an eye on our Instagram @abroadgrouphospitality. After those days, you can pick up your wristband at our office:

  • Carrer de Tuset, 20–24, 6th floor
  • 08006 Barcelona
  • Monday to Friday, 4pm – 7:30pm
• What if my wristband breaks?+

  Our wristbands are ultra-strong and built to last the whole semester, so they're very hard to break. If yours does break, bring both parts of the broken wristband to our office and we'll replace it. Each member gets one free replacement. If your wristband breaks and you can't bring back the broken wristband, a €150 replacement fee applies. Exceptions may apply, so contact us if you have a special situation.

• Can I upgrade from Platinum to Black?+

  Yes, you can upgrade on the official pick-up days or at our office by paying the difference of €150. Upgrades are only possible while Black Cards are still available, and they usually sell out, so if you're thinking about it, don't wait too long.
• Does my membership guarantee entry?+

  Your membership gives you priority access, but the venue always has the final say at the door. You'll still need to meet the venue's conditions on the night: minimum age, dress code, valid photo ID, entry times and capacity.
• Which nights and venues are included?+

  Our signature Mondays at Opium Barcelona, Wednesdays at Sutton Barcelona, special weekends and selected AG Hospitality events are included. Check the Events page for upcoming dates.
• Until what time is the welcome drink valid?+

  The welcome drink is valid until 1am at selected venues, so arrive early to make the most of it.
• What are the perks?+

  Perks are curated benefits, from dining and lifestyle to unique experiences in Barcelona, Florence, Paris, Madrid and Lisbon.
