Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 September 2026
1. Who we are
AG Member is a booking platform for nightlife, high-end hospitality, and entertainment in Spain. Through our website and related services you can browse events at clubs and venues, book guest-list or paid tickets, purchase memberships, and access member perks.
The data controller is Alliance DT, S.L., with registered address at Carrer De Calàbria 37, 5-2, 08015 Barcelona, tax ID (NIF/CIF) B66396268. For privacy requests, write to hello@ag-member.com.
We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), and other applicable Spanish and EU rules. We operate from Spain and apply those requirements to members and visitors using the platform.
2. What this policy covers
This policy explains what data we collect when you browse, create an account, book tickets, buy a membership, or use perks; why we use it; who we share it with (including venues and payment providers); and the rights you have. We respect your private information and only use it for running the service, fulfilling bookings, and meeting legal duties.
We are not a social network. Members do not interact with other members on the platform, and we do not publish your profile to other users.
3. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, first name, last name, and city you select. We may store a phone number if you provide one at checkout. We may ask you to confirm your age in certain cases but in general, we dont store your age. Remember that in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, you must be minimum 18 years old to use this website or its associated app.
- Booking and membership data: events and tickets you book (including guest-list and paid tickets), quantities, holder details, membership type, order history, and redemption of tickets or perks at partner venues.
- Payment data: amounts, currency, status, and payment method metadata. Card and bank details are handled entirely by third-party payment platforms (such as Stripe); see Payments and card data below. We do not store any card information in our systems.
- Door and venue data: the name on the ticket or guest list so the venue can check ID at the door, plus limited status (for example whether a ticket was used).
- Technical data: device and browser information, IP address, cookies, and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
- Support: messages you send us, including requests to access or delete your data.
We do not need, collect or ask for special-category data (health, sexual life, political opinions, and similar). Please do not send that kind of information in support messages.
4. Why we use your data (legal bases)
- Contract: to create your account, sell tickets and memberships, send confirmations, put you on a guest list, and provide perks you booked.
- Legal obligation: accounting, tax, consumer, and anti-fraud rules in Spain and the EU.
- Legitimate interests: keeping the platform secure, preventing abuse of guest lists and tickets, improving the product, and understanding how the site is used, always balanced against your rights.
- Consent: non-essential cookies and optional marketing, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Who we share data with
We share only what is needed:
- Venues and hospitality partners: name and booking details so they can admit you, check ID, and honour guest lists, tables, or perks. Nightclubs and venues need this to run the door.
- Payment processors: Stripe to take payment.
- Hosting and infrastructure: providers that host this website, database, email, and mobile application.
- Authorities: when Spanish or EU law requires it, or to defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your booking history with other members. We do not use your booking history to show you relevant ads.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses (or equivalent safeguards) required by the GDPR.
7. How long we keep data
Account and booking data are kept while your account is active and for as long as Spanish tax, accounting, or consumer rules require after a purchase (often several years for invoices). Technical logs are kept for a shorter security window.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spanish law you may:
- access your personal data,
- correct inaccurate data,
- ask us to erase data (see deletion below),
- restrict or object to certain processing,
- receive data you provided in a portable format where the GDPR gives that right,
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
To exercise these rights, email hello@ag-member.com from the address on your account. We may need to verify it is you before we act.
9. Deleting your personal data
You can delete your personal data yourself in either of these ways. Deletion does not require any intervention or approval from AG Member and takes effect instantly:
- On the website: go to Account Settings and delete your personal information from there.
- On the AG Member mobile app (available only on the Apple App Store): go to Profile → Delete account.
This action is not reversible.
If you change your mind later, we cannot restore your account, orders, tickets, or personal information.
You may also contact us at hello@ag-member.com. We anonymize the personal information that identifies you on the platform, in line with the GDPR right to erasure, except where Spanish or EU law still requires us to keep a record (for example certain tax or accounting entries). Those remaining records are kept in a form that is no longer linked to you as a person, or only to the extent the law still requires.
Anonymization is not reversible. Once we have anonymized your data, there is no way to link those records back to you, restore the account, recover tickets, or prove a past booking was yours. Do not request deletion if you still need access to upcoming tickets, memberships, or proof of purchase.
10. Payments and card data
AG Member uses third-party payment platforms (such as Stripe) to process payments. All payment information is handled by those providers. We have no access to your bank card details, and we do not store any card information in our systems.
11. Age and nightlife
AG Member is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age a venue requires for that night) to create an account and book. Partner venues may refuse entry if you cannot prove age with valid ID. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and role-based permissions so that only people who need data to run bookings, support, or administration can see it. No online service is perfectly secure; please keep your login details private.
13. Changes
We may update this policy when the product or the law changes. The date at the top will change. Continued use of AG Member after an update means you should read the new version. Material changes may also be announced in the product or by email if we have a lawful reason to contact you.
