Cookie Policy
Last updated: 20 September 2026
1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how AG Member uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy and applies to visitors in Spain and the rest of the EU. We follow the GDPR, the ePrivacy rules, and Spain's Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI-CE) for cookies that are not strictly necessary.
Controller: Alliance DT, S.L.. Questions: hello@ag-member.com.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use similar tools such as local storage and pixels. They help the site remember a signed-in session, keep checkout secure, and - only if you agree - understand how people use the site.
3. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to work: signing in, keeping your session, security, load balancing, and completing a ticket or membership purchase. They do not require consent under Spanish cookie rules or GDPR. Examples include authentication cookies and spam protection cookies.
Analytics (optional)
If enabled, these help us see which event pages are visited and how people move through booking - in aggregate, not to profile you for advertising. We only set them with your consent. Example of an analytics tool would be Google Analytics.
Marketing (optional)
If enabled, these help us track marketing compaigns such as Meta Ads. Marketing cookies are not essential and are denied by default meaning that they are not set or enabled unless you explicitly accept or enable them.
4. Consent
When we use non-essential cookies, we will ask for consent first (for example via a banner). You can accept, refuse, or change your choice later. Refusing analytics or marketing cookies will not stop you browsing events or signing in; some measurement features simply will not run.
You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may log you out or break checkout.
5. Third parties
Payment (Stripe) and hosting providers may set their own cookies when you pay or when the site is served. Their policies apply to those cookies. We only load optional third-party tags after consent where the law requires it.
6. Retention
Session cookies expire when you close the browser or after a short idle period. Persistent cookies last for a defined time. Clearning your browsing history or website data will remove all cookies. All browsers allow you to clear cookies. Remember that clearing cookies will immediately log you out (if logged in).
7. More information
For how we process personal data generally, read the Privacy Policy. To exercise GDPR rights, email hello@ag-member.com. You may also complain to the AEPD www.aepd.es.
